1. Service Price
The full price of the website-building service is $999 USD.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of placing the order.
3. Refund Amount
Refunds are partial and capped at a maximum of $500 USD. This is because SiteLexa incurs upfront costs including:
- Affiliate commissions of $300 USD per sale, paid instantly
- Payments for website hosting and domain registration
- Payments to freelancers involved in website development
4. Refund Assessment
Since work may have started or expenses may have been incurred, each refund request will be reviewed individually. The refund amount depends on how much has been spent on the specific customer order up to the time of the refund request.
While full refunds are not guaranteed, SiteLexa will make a fair effort to refund as appropriate based on costs incurred.
5. No Refunds After 7 Days
Refund requests made after 7 days from the order date will not be accepted.
